The New Hamilton Prosthetics Website Launch


We’re proud to announce the launch of the new Hamilton Prosthetics & Orthotics website!

Prosthetics, Othotics and Bionics are evolving rapidly and there is a need for healthcare clinics that provide these devices to clients in different ways with different marketing strategies.

Since the clinic was established in 1988, Hamilton Prosthetics & Orthotics of London has been providing quality prosthetic and orthotic devices to clients within and the surrounding areas of London, Ontario. Over the last few years, we have been working with our clients, staff and stakeholders to better understand our core values and those things that make us who we are. We believe we are a different kind of prosthetics and orthotics provider producing different kinds of solutions for our individually unique clientele.


Our new website has been developed to showcase our strengths and reflect our brand positioning: a different kind of prosthetics provider and medical assistance company. It has been designed to reflect our new visual brand which we will be launching next week.

We know that making the website better than before is not simply about giving it a new design, but understanding what our clients need. We did this by looking at what people are expecting from the website, analyzing numerous analytics and carrying out focus groups. We produced certain concepts and tested them with current and prospective clients and refining them along the way before launching our beta website.

What’s in the new website?

The new website boasts a clean design and intuitive and consistent site-wide navigation to help you find your way around with ease. It is also fully responsive with mobile devices, making it easy to navigate on a wide range of web browsers and devices.

We’ve introduced a range of new content to the website, including a clear message of who we are and our partnerships with government organisations, non-profit companies and insurance providers that provide funding – partnerships that enable us to remain abreast of the workforce needs and provide a breadth of early and sustained clinical experience for our clients, so they can deliver brilliant prosthetic services and assisted devices.

We’ve also boosted our information for prospective clients, providing clear and easy to understand information about the products and services we have - including details of the assessments, fabrications and to tailor the website experience of our visitors during their research.

What happens next?

We will continue to develop and improve the website, including adding video content, product developments, e-newsletters, chat system, social media platforms to provide customers with all of the latest information of what is happening within our company and the latest technology in prosthetics and orthotics.
